Relevant Experience

Wade Hyde was formerly the investor relations manager of FoxMeyer Corporation (NYSE:FOX), a $5.5 billion dollar Fortune 500 company while the company went through several challenging events including a severe drop in stock value, bankruptcy and a corporate merger.  Hyde also handled investor relations for Remington-Hall Capital Corporation (OTC:REMH), a small publicly traded real estate corporation that also endured difficulties, most notably an SEC fraud investigation.   Hyde now concentrates on small, aggressive firms in the technology and medical areas.
